We offer a complimentary printable ring sizer on our website. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size, or you can visit a local jeweler to be measured professionally before placing your order.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced and certified?
Yes, every Mikado diamond is ethically sourced through the Kimberley Process. All our center stones come with a grading certificate from reputable laboratories like the GIA or IGI to guarantee quality and authenticity.
What is your shipping policy for high-value jewelry?
We provide free, fully insured overnight shipping on all domestic orders over $500. For security purposes, an adult signature is strictly required upon delivery for all Mikado Diamonds packages.
Can I customize a piece of jewelry?
Absolutely. Our 'Bespoke' service allows you to work directly with our designers to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Contact our concierge team to begin the consultation and 3D rendering process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with the security tag intact. Please note that custom-designed pieces are final sale.

Every purchase includes a lifetime manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We also provide one complimentary professional cleaning and inspection service per year.
