Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Mikado Diamonds presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping container including all original certifications.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
